To become a data-driven media planner in a Media Agency comapny who can design and optimize integrated campaigns using tools such as Nielsen Vividata, Comscore, and Google Analytics.

  • Specific: Proficient in media planning tools and competitor analysis
  • Measurable: Complete at least 3 advertising campaigns of media plans with GRPs, CPM, and reach/frequency calculations focusing on digital marketing.
  • Achievable: Based on my assignments at school and current assignment at work.
  • Realistic: Aligned with industry demand for analytical planners with AI, facing the emerging trend.
  • Time-bound: Within this year.

Reason:

In the Advertising Communications industry, how to make a decision is increasingly based on data rather than intuition. I would like to communicate with the data and interpret audience insights and media performance to help brands allocate budgets efficiently and maximize ROAS.
